I'm no more ur customer because of the current changes of ur channels. With out my awareness. Just after my recharge I saw changes in ur so called bouquets. This is not a justice. I will go on with my star times.
I am actually lodging a complaint!i made a GOTV subsription an hour ago, i came back home and found out that there are no Super sport select channels 4 and 5 and i want to watch UEFA Champions League finals tomorrow.try and bring back those channels for me please other wise i will stop using GOTV.

Why is it that if I pay for my subscription before it expires it won't show. Why? This is making me sick honestly. And your customer service number is not even connecting. This is absurd

Hello, we just decided to make subscription for a smaller plan tonight, ie smallie gotv only to see just 8 channels showing instead of 39 channels as specified on Dstv/gotv package list of channels.
All the important channels are the ones not showing, like PBS kids, Dove, Channels, TVC, Silverbird, and other news channels, Trybe, and so on.
All contacts available on the website have been contacted, sadly to no avail.
This is no what we bargain for.
