Just recently I stumbled upon this launcher while browsing through customization category in google play store , my impression at first was the look and feel of it reminds of when I first installed windows 8 developers preview in October 2012.
The launchers is still in it’s beta version but it’s worth giving it a trail , it’s free and anyone can download it . a little preview from google play store reads :

It works with even lower version of android phones like the tecno n3 and n7 series , I even helped a friend installed it in his gionee infinity android smartphone .
