Black Friday, Cyber Monday & All you Need to Know About November Events

Soon it’s gonna be Black Friday on everybody’s mouth.
But
some individuals will get confuse about the whole thing.

Now, that’s
the reason I thought it wise to write this article to explain what this
black Friday really is, what it’s all about and also what you should
expect of that day.

First let’s start by explaining the term Black Friday.

What is Black Friday?

It
is a day after thanksgiving. A day that shopping malls across the globe
create or give a huge discount percentage to its customers or people
that wish to purchase items that very day.

It is practically one of the biggest day in the life of both online and offline shoppers. It is hugely popular in the west and English speaking nations.

Why it is Termed/Called Black Friday?

Well,
the closest reason as regards why it is known as Black Friday was given
in Wikipedia – “Many retailers report some of their highest profits on
Black Friday.

The black portion of the name, “Black Friday” relates to
businesses recording their losses in red ink and gains in black. This
tradition lives on in modern accounting software, hence the name.”

Now
knowing having gotten a clue of what it’s all about, another important
question that should be going on within your mind should be when it will
occur, cos I know you must have already gotten something in mind to
purchase.

So When is the Black Friday gonna happen?

Should
I tell you? Ok, relax I will, the day is no other day but… before I
tell you the date; I hope you have read about what the black Friday is
all about? And why it is called the name Black Friday.

Ok, haven done
that, I will leak the date to you. The date is Friday, November 25th 2016.

Does Black Friday happen On-line or Off-line?

Mostly Black Friday Sales happen online with the help of e-shopping
malls. Notwithstanding, some Black Friday deals are also available/done
offline.

Do Financial Institution Open on Black Friday?
Why not, Black Friday is NOT a Federal Holiday. Banks are open on Black
Friday. Though Black Friday is an unofficial shopping holiday, some
institutions both financial and non-financial might not open so as to
grant their workers access to have the weekend off.

In Nigeria, the popular Online Malls to hook on to for great Black Friday deals is – Konga, Jumia, and Yudala.

Hmmm, I think am done.

Oh!
Lemme give you another hidden secret, though not really a secret. It’s
